How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or seasonally.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or seasonally.). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call us any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at 302-994-8409, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
