With each season comes different colors and sometimes flowers...we would like to coordinate 4 deliveries a year - seasonally - for the one you love. Designers' Choice would be the default...vase arrangement to fit the season (example - tulips in spring, sunflowers in fall, etc. But you can request a certain color pallette or flower choice...just give us heads up. Flowers to be delivered the first full week of each season according to the calendar. You may need to call if you request certain days or have different delivery addresses. But this can all be handled through emails too!

If your date falls on a holiday or non-business day, your order may be scheduled for the nearest available date
1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan. 2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
